Project Astaldi S.p.A. - Taranto Port

Description Driving of diaphragms and tubes with Dieseko Group PVE 300 M vibrator for dredging operations in the port of Taranto (Puglia).

The expansion of the port of Taranto allowed the construction of containment structures. The work was carried out for Astaldi S.p.A. with the insertion of piles - diaphragms measuring 12 metres. The monopiles are spaced around 9 metres apart. The necessary depth was at least two metres into the clays of the designated site.

Infrastructure interventions for the construction of the internal pier of the dock at the port of Piombino (LI).

A combi-wall was built using Z-section sheet piling and steel tubes, driving them using a 100 HP ICE 1412.

Trevi S.p.A. - Bridge over the Persian Gulf - Kuwait

Trevi S.p.A. Kuwait - Large-diameter piles with PVE 200M for the construction of the Bridge over the Persian Gulf (Saudi Arabia).

The project entailed the construction of large-diameter piles (2-3 metres) to support the products for the new bridge that connects Kuwait City to the new city under construction 50 km away on the Persian Gulf, Principal Hyundai.
